The Continued adventures of Aace Entertainmnt’s very own DJ P-Track

OK, I had a full weekend. While I hit myakka river state park for a camping trip I had one of my best DJ’s do a wedding for me on saturday at the Shriners Club on Santa Barbara blvd in Cape Coral.

The wedding was last minute so I had already made plans for my camping trip. Anthony answered all my calls and put me at ease. He did a great Job and was complimented by both the Shriners who ran the hall as well as the Bride/Groom and family.
While Anthony was doing his thing I was off on a walkabout through the park. During my travels along the Mykka River I spyed many alligators, armadillos, wild boar and a slew of birds including hawks, vultures and egrets.
I recommend this State Park to anyone who likes the outdoors. They also have the second highest canopy walk IN THE WORLD second only to one in Peru. The rope bridge peaks out at about 25 feet high while the tower far above the canopy is a full 74 feet. An amazing site, that’s for sure.

Monday, Dec 29th 2008. I did my first show at the Lighthouse Cafe on Sanibel Island. This is a quaint little place at the very eastern end of the island, the locals call this “the quiet end of the island” and it is. they have a home made ice cream parlor a a few gift shops and a convenient store in the same plaza and small beach at the end of the road, that’s it.
I was there to DJ a 50th b-day party for the Glasser family who apparently frequent the establishment often. They were a great crowd. They danced and sang straight from 9pm till 12:30. Mike (the Owner) closed his place to the public for the party.
The Lighthouse Cafe boasts “the best breakfast in the world” and they are right I went their today to check it out and it was incredible. Everything from fritatas to omellettes to their own home made preserve. Be sure to check this place out. Also, they are available for private parties and of course Aace Entertainment, LLC is the official DJ.
