Destination Weddings start right here in South West Florida. Forget waking early to see the Sunrise like they do on the east coast. Here on the South West, we get to see the Ocean Sunset every day over the Gulf of Mexico. Whether it be Marco Island, Naples, or Sanibel Island just to name a few, it will always be the most beautiful Ocean Sunset every single time!
Being from the North East I know what it’s like to fantasize all winter long about how great life will be once the “Summer Time” comes again, only to find that when Summer does finally come it is filled with a bunch of cloudy and rainy days that seem to always come on the weekends! When planning your wedding day you shouldn’t have to worry about the rain, sleet or snow!
So…. you’ve decided you want to have a Destination Wedding but you’re there and it’s down here right? No problem. I can help you make decsions on everything from where your ceremony and reception should be held to what photographers, caterers…etc you should use.
A lot of times it is difficult for us to meet in person before the wedding day because of the distance so i try to make you as comfortable as i can. More and more venues are requiring Djs to show proof of a business license and a minimum of 2 million dollars of liability insurance. Upon request ALL documents can be provided along with a list of establishments that use Aace Entertainment, LLC as their preferred DJ company for all Events. Being from out of state it is very important that you are dealing with known professionals in the community and this is the best way to be sure of it. With technology being what it is today we can usually square everything away including contract and deposit through either phone, email or fax. If time is of the essence and you want to secure your wedding date with Aace Entertainment, LLC immediately I also take credit cards by phone.
Detail has always been a pretty important thing to me so once we have signed a contract we will go over all the necessary information for your wedding including a timeline of events, all music requests (no list is too large), name pronunciation for Bridal Party Introductions, special announcements and anything else that you want to have done on your wedding day.
The biggest mistakes that can be made is when the vendors don’t communicate well with each other. Whether it’s the champagne being poured on time, the cake being ready to be cut or the photgrapher being in place for special photos there always needs to be communication between the vendors. To make sure the communication breakdown never takes place, i take it upon myself to make sure that all other vendors are on the same page before the start of the night.
